State Tournament
The Lady Mustangs wrapped up an impressive season this past weekend at the state meet in Fresno, California, showcasing both talent and determination on a big stage. The team delivered a strong overall performance, finishing 8th in the state with four athletes earning podium placements.
Leading the way was Kayleen Tuavoa, who capped off a remarkable 30–1 season in dominant fashion, securing a pin in the finals to claim the state title and earn All-American honors. Her victory marks back-to-back State Champions for the program, highlighting the continued excellence of the Lady Mustangs.
Alejandra Ochoa also delivered an outstanding performance, finishing in third place and earning All-American recognition for the second time in her career. Kiana Quintero and Zoey Ridenour contributed to the team's success as well, each battling to a 7th-place finish.
The Lady Mustangs' performance at the state meet reflects the team's hard work, resilience, and pride in representing their college at the highest level.
