Molly Hummel - Coach of the Year

San Joaquin Delta College Women's Volleyball Head Coach Molly Hummel has been named the 2025 3C2A NorCal and Big 8 Conference Coach of the Year after leading the Mustangs to a 27-1 season and securing their fourth Big 8 Conference title in five years.
Hummel kicked off the postseason by earning her 300th career win during round two of NorCal Regional Playoffs against Reedley College.
Coach Hummel's selfless and disciplined leadership has built a standard of excellence and a winning culture that reflects the pride of San Joaquin Delta College.
The Mustangs will begin the 3C2A State Tournament, hosted by Folsom Lake College, as the Number 1 seed in Northern California and will take on Long Beach City College this Friday at 7 p.m.
