Mustangs Make Elite Eight

The Delta College women's soccer team is headed back to the elite eight.

Jaylin Meza's goal in the 55th minute of play propelled the Mustangs to a 1-0 win over second-seeded Folsom Lake in the second round of the NorCal Regional playoffs.

Delta (19-3-2) will advance to the elite eight for the third straight season, with its next contest scheduled for Tuesday at home.
