PST Invitational at Chabot College

On November 23, the Delta wrestling team competed at the PST Invitational at Chabot College. The Mustangs placed 7^th out of 11 teams, with Marcus Mireles 1st in the 133-pound class. In the final match, he wrestled his teammate Nico Salcido. Also, have very good tournaments, included Rylan Mitchell (4th place), placing 7^th Fernando Becerra, and Jesus Martinez. The team will be in action again at the Northern California Regionals hosted by Santa Rosa Junior College on December 7th. The top eight placers at this tournament will qualify to compete at the state meet the following week at Lemoore College on Friday and Saturday.
