Over the weekend, Delta wrestlers competed in the Bill Musik Open at Fresno City College. It was a competitive tournament with junior college, NAIA, Division 2, NWCA, and unattached wrestlers. Some of the weight classes had 50 or more entries. No team score was kept, but good tournaments  for the Mustangs were:
      133 - Nico Salcido (4-2) 7th
      133 - Marcus Mireles (5-1) 5th
      157 - Quintin Maldanado (5-1) 5th
 
Delta will be in action on Thursday, 11/14, again in Fresno in a dual meet with Fresno City.
