Tuesday, 2/11 – Delta 13, Cabrillo 8
Delta took control early against Cabrillo, securing a 13-8 win on the road. The Mustangs' offense stuck to their approach, racking up 13 hits and keeping constant pressure on Cabrillo. Wednesday, 2/12 – Delta 5, Cabrillo 4
Tensions were high as Cabrillo traveled to Hebert for game two of the series. Jack Soares delivered a strong performance on the mound, going six innings with six strikeouts. In the seventh, Malachi Bosschart ripped an RBI triple—his second of the season—to tie the game at 3-3. The drama continued into the ninth, where Kyle Sandner came through in the clutch with a walk-off single over the first baseman's head, sealing a 5-4 win and giving Delta a 2-0 series lead. Friday, 2/14 – Feather River 10, Delta 8 (10 Innings)
Delta faced a doubleheader, starting with a high-scoring battle against Feather River. In a game featuring 30 combined hits, the Mustangs fought hard but fell short in extra innings, losing 10-8. Friday, 2/14 – Cabrillo 11, Delta 8
In game two, Cabrillo came in hungry for revenge and quickly built an 11-1 lead. But Delta refused to back down, mounting a fierce comeback. Sandner (2) and Sam Tillman both launched home runs to spark a rally, but the surge came too late as Delta fell 11-8. Box Score
