Robert Gasser threw seven strong innings in Delta's 10-2 victory over the American River. Gasser recorded 10 strikeouts and allowed just one run on two hits. The one run came on a solo home run. Tyler Condie threw the final two innings allowing just one unearned run on a hit while striking out two.
Offensiveley, Jimmy McCleneghan and Thomas Greely led the way for the Mustangs, McCleneghan had three rbi and a double. Thomas Greely was 2-4 with two rbi on the day.
Delta improves to 28-6 overall and 14-4 in the Big 8 conference
