Beach Volleyball Milestone

San Joaquin Delta College has made history in the 2025–26 season by securing Big 8 Conference championships in both indoor and beach volleyball.

The Mustangs beach volleyball team captured its first-ever Big 8 Conference title after finishing the regular season with a dominant performance. 

  • Key Victories: Delta defeats Sierra College (5-0) and  Cosumnes River (5-0) on April 17, 2026, at Sierra College. 

  • Season Record: With these wins, the Mustangs improved to a 19–3 overall record.

Following the team title, all five pairs from Delta's roster have qualified for the Big 8 Pairs Championship scheduled for Wednesday, April 22nd at Cosumnes River College.
