La Ne' Dunn, Women's Basketball

Freshman guard/forward La Ne’ Dunn is the Mustangs’ nominee for January after a strong all-around month. One of the team’s top defenders, Dunn also finished January as the second-leading scorer, averaging 11 points per game. She shot an efficient 50% from the field and 74% from the free-throw line. On the glass, she led the team with 7.3 rebounds per game, while also adding 3.2 steals per contest. Her energy, defense, and consistency continue to set the tone for the Mustangs on both ends of the floor.
